  11. Anyone able to use a 14.4 Sporter PCMICA modem with PcAnywhere.  The
  12. computer that tries to call into the host is a Gateway Colorbook with
  13. a PCMCIA Sporter PCMCIA modem.  The host is a desktop 486/33 using a
  14. PnP 28.8k internal Supra.

  16. PcAnywhere does have a driver for a US Robotics Sporter 14.4, but are
  17. the drivers different for PCMCIA modems and your normal bunch of
  18. internal and external modems?

  20. When we use this modem, it seems to work, but the connection drops as
  21. soon as it's connected and starts transferring data.
